This is a normal McDonald's. Service isn't exceptional but it's not horrible. These bad reviews definitely are too expectant of a McDonald's. This McDonald's is located near school and has about 60 kids every weekday at 3:00pm they do a fine job. Kim's has gotta give them a break and maybe take a break from the McDonald's ;)

I don't know why I keep going here other than it's McDonald's. Every time I go through the drive thru they mess up my order. I know they are going to and I know to check my order and yet I'm surprised every time.
So many times I have to pull over and go into the store to get the rest of my order. A couple times I've gotten home and had to go back because stuff was missing or wrong.
Tonight, I ordered two combos with large fries and a 6 pack of nuggets. Got my bag and I asked, is everything in here, the girl at the window says yes, your dipping sauces are at the bottom. I was tired so I went home. Got home and there were no chicken nuggets, one large fry and one small fry. I didn't go back as i was home and the nuggets were a treat for the dogs anyway. My fault for believing them again.
I really need to listen to my inner voice and not go to the Grimsby Mac Donald's or at least don't go to their drove thru. I wouldn't recommend it. Go into the store, it will take you less time in the long run and you won't lose money this way. -

12 minutes for 3 coffees. Keeps getting worse since new order boards put in. Awful

Almost everything is good about this place. The service is fast and the food is tasty, except their fries) The tables might not be neat sometimes but generally the place seems ok.

This place isn't too bad. Fast service really good. It gets really busy and crowded and they only have one cash register that's open at a time but other wise really good.
